Welcome!

This is exactly what I want you to feel as you enter the doors of St. Isidore's Catholic Student Center: a sense of welcome. It is my mission to let you know that you have a home here, not only here at St. Isidore's, but also here in the Catholic Church.

It is our desire to provide for you a place to explore the most important questions of life in a non-threatening and open way, alongside true friends who will both support and challenge you as you strive to grow in your faith.

As C.S. Lewis once said:
"Christianity, if false, is of no importance, and if true, is of infinite importance. The only thing it cannot be is moderately important."

I find this quote to be thought-provoking and challenging, especially in a world where many college students have either dismissed their faith altogether or embraced it only in a half-hearted fashion.

In the end, the message of Jesus Christ is either true or it isn't.

This year, we invite you to come experience why so many, even in today's modern world, are still giving their life to a faith that transforms, heals, and provides a hope and a joy that will truly last forever.
