Eucharist

The Eucharist is the “source and summit of the Christian life.” Under the appearance of bread and wine, we receive the Real Presence of Christ: Body and Blood, soul and divinity. Jesus said: “I am the living bread that came down from heaven; if any one eats of this bread, he will live for ever; … he who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life and … abides in me, and I in him” (John 6:51, 54, 56).

Because St. Isidore's is a Catholic Student Center, we do not offer sacramental preparation classes to prepare children to receive their First Reconciliation and Communion. If you are a college student or member of St. Isidore's looking to receive these Sacraments, please see the RCIA section of the website.
